Cards infinity is a single person shop ran by a guy named Chris. He breaks weekdays 11 am cst / noon eastern. Chris breaks a mainly sports cards but does a little bit of nonsports as well. He is active in talking to the customers and makes the viewing experience a pleasant one. Chris sells both personal boxes as well as group breaks. His prices on boxes are on par with other retailers. Chris usually has group breaks that are affordable. By affordable I mean under $100 (USD). Lately they are multiple card boxes or X # of packs from a box. I for one appreciate that he is doing his best to keep the prices low enough that most people can afford to join his breaks. *

Chris uses a multiple camera setup. Besides the traditional breaker view of the cards, he also has a long view showing the entire table and a view of the store.

Chris is an entertaining host, and for the most part keeps the breaks and chat family friendly. I don’t think I have heard him curse once in the few months that I’ve watched him. .

One unique thing he does, is allow his views to submit break ideas to him. One break that I did with him was a pack war. This was a product that had a lot of high numbered cards. In this break, the person with the lowest over all total of top numbers won all the cards in the box. Not that I care what the person who does my breaks looks like, but I find it hard to trust a breaker that doesn’t show their face on camera. Epically now days when prices of cards are insane. If you decide to check him out, you won’t be disappointed.

Example:

Bob hits the following cards

  1. 100/1000
  2. non numbered card
  3. 500/900
  4. 200/200
  5. 150/800
  6. 50/600

So Bobs total points are 1000.

Tom

  1. 100/100
  2. 20 /200
  3. 10/100
  4. 5/100
  5. 1/100
  6. 2/200

Tom has 128 points so Tom would win all the cards in the box.

As with all group breaks, you are not guaranteed a hit or any cards.

He has an amazingly fast turn around time on shipping . The most recent break where I got a hit was on a Monday, I got the shipping notification on Tuesday, and the card was in hand by Saturday ! I have always gotten my cards from Chris, and in a timely manor.

*Yes I realize that $100 is a lot of money for some people. However the prices of cards have jumped to crazy amounts this year. Not to mention that people are clearing shelves of retail stores making it almost impossible for people to buy cards at retail prices.
